Premier Choice Pharmacy is a community pharmacy whose vision is to bring affordable medication access. Our fundamental goal is to maintain continuity in care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
We provide unique services such as medication delivery and shipping, serve as a liaison to physicians and medical providers for medication prior approval processes, and patient enrollment into patient assistance programs to increase medication access. Free Delivery Service
Patients can enter their refill request by phone or visit our website at any time of the day and the requests will be processed the same day or following day if outside business operation hours.
Online Medication Refill Request
Medication refill requests can be ordered online or by calling the pharmacy. Please utilize this service to ensure continuity in care
Online Medication Transfer Request
We will use the information you provide here to contact your non-Premier Choice pharmacy and transfer your prescription to Premier Choice Pharmacy
One-on-One Medication Counseling
Our knowledgeable pharmacist will offer and advise on therapy regimen and make recommendations for OTC medications as needed.
Comprehensive Medication Reviews
Also known as Medication Therapy Management (MTM) – this service often is provided free of charge from most insurance once per year for eligible patients.
Hospital Bedside Delivery
Bedside delivery will allow Premier Choice Pharmacy to give our patients the added convenience of having the pharmacy deliver medications prior to discharge at no cost.

Dr. Amugo received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Southern University in 2013 and is a licensed pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Dr. Amugo received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Southern University in 2013 and is a licensed pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. She has over 13 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, positioned in both the community retail pharmacy setting and in a Federally Qualified Health Care setting.
She has developed and diversified her knowledge in HIV/AIDS care and is bringing Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) access to the community. She is the innovator of this organization and her mission is to bring healthcare affordability to the masses in the community. Before establishing her own pharmacy, she grew from being a front-end cashier, to being a pharmacy technician, and eventually a pharmacist serving as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, hiring and managing other pharmacists and technicians, overseeing pharmacy operations, and ensuring quality of care is provided to patients.

In most cases for refills you can see your order as soon as 48 hours after placing it. We ask that you allow us 10-14 days to ensure that you have enough medication in case any issues may arise with insurance billing, refills, etc.
